If you bought prescription drugs at Kroger using insurance between December 9, 2018 and August 23, 2026, you may be eligible to file a claim in this Kroger Pharmacy class action settlement! The lawsuit alleges Kroger reported inflated “usual and customary” prices for insured prescriptions instead of the lower prices available through its Savings Club.
The $17 million settlement fund will be divided among eligible claimants after fees and costs. Proof of purchase is not necessarily required for everyone. If you received a notice with a claim ID number, you’re considered a “Known Claimant” and can submit your claim form directly. The deadline to file is December 21, 2026, so don’t sit on this one.
