Frosty fans, this one’s for you! Starting July 20, you can snag a $1 small Classic Frosty at participating Wendy’s locations nationwide through August 23. No app required for the in-restaurant and drive-thru deal, though you can also order through the Wendy’s app or on Wendys.com (delivery orders are excluded). If you want to get in a day early, Wendy’s Rewards members can grab the same deal on July 19 through an exclusive offer in the app.
