Tyson Beef Class Action Settlement (File by November 30th)

If you purchased fresh or frozen Tyson beef products made from chuck, loin, rib, or round between January 1, 2015, and February 29, 2020, you may be eligible for a payout from an $82.5 million class action settlement over alleged antitrust conspiracy to inflate beef prices. Head to the Tyson beef settlement claim form to file your claim by the November 30, 2026 deadline. Note that proof of purchase is required, and organic, grass-fed, and certified humane beef products are excluded.
