If you purchased an Ashley, Nectar, DreamCloud, or Siena mattress between October 1, 2017, and June 30, 2024, you may be eligible for a voucher from a $9 million class action settlement over claims that certain mattresses contained fiberglass as a fire-retardant material. Head to the Ashley Furniture mattress settlement claim form to file – claims must be submitted by July 17, 2026.
Eligible class members will receive one voucher per affected mattress purchased, valid for a single purchase at AshleyFurniture.com, NectarSleep.com, DreamCloudSleep.com, or SienaSleep.com with no minimum purchase required.
