If you received unwanted calls from SiriusXM, this is worth checking out! A proposed $28 million class action settlement is available for eligible consumers who received more than one telephone solicitation call from SiriusXM while on the Do Not Call list, and no proof is required to file a claim!
According to the official SiriusXM settlement site, you may qualify if you received more than one call in a 12-month period between April 27, 2019 and October 31, 2025 after registering on the National Do Not Call Registry or requesting placement on SiriusXM’s internal Do Not Call list. SiriusXM denies wrongdoing, but eligible consumers can still submit a claim. The final approval hearing is scheduled for May 11, 2026, so there’s still time to file!
