If you bought frozen waffles made by TreeHouse Foods that were later recalled for potential listeria contamination, you may be eligible for money from a $4 million settlement.
The settlement resolves claims that the company didn’t properly warn consumers before recalling certain waffle products. Depending on your proof of purchase, you could qualify for a refund or a smaller cash payment.
Who’s Eligible: Anyone who purchased select TreeHouse Foods frozen waffles between October 18, 2024, and September 2, 2025. You can view the full list of covered products here. (Brands include Great Value, Kodiak, Best Choice, and others.)
Payment Details:
- With proof of purchase: Full refund for qualifying products.
- Without proof: Payment equal to the average retail price for up to two products per household.
Claim Deadline: December 16, 2025.
