You may qualify for payment if you, between 2014 and July 9, 2025, purchased an item from a Vending Machine in the U.S. using a credit, debit, or prepaid card and were charged more than the displayed price.
No proof of purchase is required to file a claim. The lawsuit alleged that certain vending machines charged extra fees for card purchases without disclosure, breaching contract terms.
Eligible vending machines were located in several states, including AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, DE, FL, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NJ, NY, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, and WV.
