If you visited one of these 325 Sonic Drive-In locations from April 7, 2017 through October 28th, 2017 and paid using a credit or debit card, you may be eligible for a free check payment from this Sonic Drive-In Settlement! You are eligible to receive about $10, however, if you experienced any fraudulent activity on your card anytime through February 28th, 2018, you are eligible to receive about $40. Simply complete the short form by April 19th to submit your claim. This settlement is about how Sonic didn’t do much to prevent the data breach at these locations.
No proof of purchase is necessaryto obtain settlement benefits, but please do not fill it out if you never purchased these products to qualify.
