It’s a survey that you need to qualify for. You need to have a child (7-9 years old) that plays video games. The survey took me about 20 minutes to complete. At the end of the survey you will get your choice of which movie you would like, and they will also ask for your shipping information! Remember- not everybody will get this. You need to qualify and complete the survey in order to be able to request the free DVD!
