I am posting this because I am sure most of us have purchased a pack of Eclipse Gum at one point. They are getting sued for advertising that their gum “kills germs”, even though it did not! All you need to do is fill out a short form and put (approximately) when you purchased the gum, and from what store. You can request a refund up to $5.00!
