    In Cincinnati you have to purchase the small and once you pay you will receive a voucher for a free tall or grande to use next time you come in. I spoke to the Winton Road location!!

    I went to the local Starbucks and asked for a voucher, and she was really crabby! She said “I suppose I can give you one”. She let me use it, but she was very rude about it! She acted like I was taking money from her pocket!!

      I would call corporate offices and report that incident. They are not supposed to treat customers that way, especially if they are the ones offering this promotion! Hope this helps.. sorry that happened to you! :(

    My Mom And I Went To The Local Starbucks And The Guy Was Really Rude To My Mother And I Do not Understand Why Starbucks Has Promotions If The PPL Working There Are Going To Be Rude About Accepting A Coupon

    Just called my local Starbucks (Turlock, California(. Apparently the vouchers were first come first served (days ago) and they are now out. I imagine the same problem cam be found elsewhere. There are no printable coupons. The manager did say that people can still stop by and ask, but apparently it is not protocol and depends on the generosity of the manager. lol

    I also went to a local Starbucks and the lady was very rude. She asked for a voucher as well and refused to give me a free small hazelnut macchiato. When I asked if the voucher was their website, she told me to check for myself and told me she “does not sit around the clock checking for deals online.” Sheesh…

    I’ve went to Starbucks twice to get this. The 1st guy was like “Oh boy, why do I have to give this idiot a macchiato!” but the the 2nd guy was very nice about it, so just go to the Starbucks with your favorite employees

    I went to Starbucks on Friday and they had no clue about a voucher or free sample.

    Luckily, the Starbucks that I went to in Indiana was very nice about it. I hadn’t read these comments yet, so I didn’t know about the voucher. I just went up the the counter and said that I heard that I could try a drink for free. She said that I needed the coupon but she just gave me one. I didn’t have to buy anything! It was pretty good too! Plus, nothing beats free! : )
